Civic Beautification Projects

Throughout the yearthe club members work on many community service projects to benefit Lake George and the surrounding area:

To commemorate Arbor Day, the Club annually donates a flowering tree to the Village of Lake          George to be planted in a local park.
In the spring, the Garden Club presents the Lake George Senior Center with a large floral pot            to beautify the entrance.
In November, members decorate many lovely holiday wreaths to donate and hang in various            public buildings.
In November, the Perennial Planters group decorate and donate a beautiful Christmas tree,              along with several creative wreaths, to the Annual Festival of Trees to benefit Prospect School.
