Hostess Schedule 2025- 2026
Lead Hostess Duties (1st name on each month's list)
** Members are encouraged to bring their own beverage.
** Phone other hostesses to confirm; decide food; call President to confirm.
** Arrive at Harrisena, (or host home) at 11:30 or earlier if extra meeting is scheduled
** Check, bring adequate supplies & set up coffee, tea, desserts with hostesses.
** Make sure the room is put back the same way it was before the meeting.
